VOLUNTEERS

We are the backbone of our club.  Most of us are parents/carers of current swimmers and some of us are still helping years after our children have left the club.  With time and dedication your children will develop skills that benefit their development physically, socially and may even save their or someone else's life.  All the positions listed below except for Head Coach are carried out by non paid volunteers who give up their valuable time for your children.

Young Volunteers Programme

Attention all 14 - 19 Year olds...
The programme involves young volunteers from Swim 21 clubs in the South West region assisting with activities within a club environment.  The aim is to gain an insight into the role, structure and management of a voluntary sports club. The young volunteers will all complete additional development opportunities such as club timekeepers & Judge Level 1 courses & team manager training, Young Aquatic Organiser Award, and poolside helpers courses.
