November 2007:
Greg Kyd and Adrian Sureshkumar took part in
the ASA National
Masters & Senior Inter-County
Competition. Adrian swam
in 2 freestyle relays and one medley relay (in which he swam butterfly).
Adrian came 6th in the County in the individual freestyle
event and received his first Somerset cap.
Greg swam in two freestyle relays and one medley relay. Greg came 4th in
the individual breastroke event for the County. Greg
has swam for the County before but this was his first appearance for the
masters team.

Sept/Oct 2007: Swimmer Personal Best times (PBs.)
Swimmers achieved 9 PBs during the Bristol North meet, and 12 PBs during the Somerset County Sprints. Special mention to Hannah Symes who competed in 6 events over the 3 weekends, and achieved PBs in every event.
Many thanks to Julian, Mark and Louise for their coaching, as well as to
Greg and Zoe for Sunday sessions. Also thanks to the senior swimmers who
have helped junior swimmers during these meets.
